Speaker Mursal heads to Baidoa, the interim capital of Southwest state

Federal Parliament speaker, Mohamed Mursal Sheikh Abdirahman is today expected to travel to Baidoa town in an effort the Federal government seeks to convince the outcome of the inter-state cooperation council’s meeting two days before, Mustaqbal radio reports.

This comes following the Federal government of Somalia acknowledging the complaints raised by the heads of the federal member states and  convincing them to delay the outcome of their meeting.

The council of inter-state cooperation was formed in October last year in Kismayo bringing together all heads of the federal member states.
